Ordered through drive thru because dining room was closed at 11A. Ordered 8 pc shrimp and 3 pc chic tenders… only rec’d 5 shrimp and 2 chic tenders… waited in drive thru for 10 minutes —only car in line. No apologies for the wait…no fond farewell at all. I do not recommend this location.

Horrible service. They lock the doors before the lobby is supposed to be closed. Make sure you have a good 20-25 min to wait for your food. Also, they are ALWAYS out of stuff at this location. We asked for dipping sauce and the girl listed over half of their sauces that they were out of. When they FINALLY get your food to you....make sure you check its correct...and after all that you'll most likely enjoy the food

My wife and I have given this place enough chances but today was the final straw. It's always some sort of problem behind the kitchen or what not for the lack of service, but sending out RAW chicken is inexcusable. We will never come here again.

I came to Popeyes to dine in and honestly don’t get the bad reviews. The staff were super friendly, and the food was fresh and delicious. I ordered through the app and everything was there no missing items at all!!

Popeyes was truly disappointing. The popcorn shrimp were removed from the menu. 😭😭😭 I was offered the butterfly shrimp. I accepted! They were awesome! I had two orders of butterfly shrimp. The card reader not working was an issue. However, the Manager use reader at the drive through window. 😡 I ordered the 10 wings as an addition. 😡 I was afraid to eat these wings. The skin on most of the wings were bruised and it showed through the fried batter. 😲 The bones were black. 😵💫 I couldn't enjoy my wings at all. As much as 1/3 of wing cost, it should the best 1/3 of a wing ever made. Thank goodness, I had the butterfly shrimp. I was not happy with my overall experience. 😫
